What ages does Kido Kids accept?
We care for children from 3 months to 5 years, in three age groups: Babies (3–12 months), Tods (1–3 years) and Toddlers (3–5 years).
What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday. Full day is 07h00–17h30 and half day is 07h00–14h30.
What is the difference between half day and full day?
Both start from 07h00. Half day ends at 14h30 and full day ends at 17h30, which suits parents working a full office day. Read more in Half day vs full day care explained.
How much are your monthly fees?
From 1 August 2026 the monthly fees are: Babies & Tods – half day R5050, full day R5400; Toddlers – half day R5050, full day R5250. See the full breakdown on our application and fees page.
Can my child attend only two or three days a week?
Yes. For all ages, two days a week is R2800 per month and three days a week is R3300 per month (fees from 1 August 2026).
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a once-off registration levy of R1800, which is non-refundable.
Are meals included?
Yes. Meals are included in the monthly fee, so you do not need to pack lunch.
Do you close during the school holidays?
We close only for a short period over the December holidays. The rest of the year we stay open, which helps working parents.
Are you taking enrolments for 2027?
To enquire about a place for 2027, complete the online application form on our application and fees page. Availability depends on your child’s age group, so we recommend applying as early as you can. We will contact you about availability once we receive your application.
How do I apply?
Complete the online application for enrolment form on our application and fees page and click submit. Our admin team will process it and arrange an in-person meeting at Kido Kids, including a school tour, to discuss availability and admission.

We are at 23 Delaire Street, Van Riebeeckshof, Bellville, Western Cape, 7530. Families join us from nearby areas such as Welgemoed, Durbanville, Tygervalley and Kenridge and Plattekloof.
